I have a 53' refrigerated commercial trailer that I bought a few years back to help out a family member. I don't need it right now and was hoping to be able to rent or lease it out. Can anyone point me in the right direction to do that successfully?
Thank you.

Why not sell it if no use to you.
Renting or leasing out, they can tear it up and say opps sorry. Who pays for the motor when they fail to service it right or not put in oil etc. See where I'm going with this. Just my thoughtsKenworth 4life and carriejoc Thank this. -
Sale it. Rid yourself of the liability and the maintenance.

I'd sell it, renting or leasing it could lead to a whole new headache . They could run it into the ground and make it's resale value turn to dust!
