    The scavenging thieves are back for more in round two!

    According to the comments, these scavenger tow truck drivers listen in their scanners for wreck, and when they are able, they take the wrecked vehicle to a cronies body shop where they receive a kickback.

    Seems to be counter productive smashing their own or their employer's vehicle if they choose to fix them. How dumb.
