    Find the regional FMCSA office in your area fill out the Complaint Form but you better have your evidence

    Whistleblowing with the FMCSA demands a credible witness. That's you. With the revelant information such as this, that, over yonder and these too.

    The reason for this among many would be that if FMCSA was able to recover proceeds against a offending Motor Carrier that has been successfully prosecuted, you stand to have a check for a percentage of the total proceeds captured.

    IF your information is revealed, you have more problems that should have stayed dead with Al Capone. Which includes physical retribution against you and so on. It is not difficult to in the early days of the internet to relay information in a credible manner. Not necessarily a accurate actionable information where a check can be cut to you for it. (Sometimes it's principle, not the money...)

    Can't he get it under control with medication? 139/89 or lower is ok to pass dot physical.

    So he hasn't have a mitigation plan with this docs approval?

    Your number one concern should be his health, not the issue of getting horses to your place to train.

    Get his bp under control, and have him get his cdl, problem solved.
