Reverse just shakes the entire cabin

So this 23 cascadia just refuses to reverse normally for me.

Ive seen tons of Cascadia drivers not even use the gas and theirs backs up just fine.

Mine? It just sits there like its waiting for something :/

And when I feather it the whole cabin just god #### shakes like crazy, everything's falling all over and I feel dumb as hell. And I do mean feather it, one cm push, im not moving at all, another centimeter push and im shaking all over then moving like a rocket.

What am I doing wrong here ? How are all these other cascadias reversing without even using gas and mines just like…derp, gonna sit here at 0 mph forever

Does this with and without the axel drive on, loaded or empty or even bobtail.
