May is still a relatively small company and I'm glad I moved on...that being said, I still know a lot of drivers there. This picture hits home for me.

  4. shock value is gone sadly.. almost 10 years of CSA more wrecks I have ever seen before more people seem like they don't even have to take a test.. all I'm going to say about that it's a shame but it's not a surprise and it's no longer a shock

Yep I agree. It's not the newbies, it's the companies putting these cats on the road. The new pimple faced kid doesn't have a clue. Not his fault. It all comes down to bean counting.

They need to make the MC inoperative when annual driver turnover exceeds 25%.

I don't understand how that reefer unit was able to punch the back of that cab with a sort of a imprint of itself and emerge relatively intact.

Second question, what in the world did he hit to shave the cab off past the engine and catwalk too? Is there anything wrong with the way the engineers build them things? Two bolts up front and a bit of airride in the back?

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

Its unfortunate somebody so young is dead , but what are the odds he was not paying attention? I would guess pretty high, considering that cab is completely caved in, making me believe he barely ever touched the brakes due to not paying attention to infront of him , .. Its unfortunate i cant imagine what his family must be feeling... All the may drivers i ever met was real nice people , i hope the best for his family and all the rest involved

    Bud A., kemosabi49 and x1Heavy Thank this.
