I would advise drivers as lease operators to due all research on a company before making a huge decision that may impact you and your family lives. Most companies out of the Illinois area will be Russian own or operated. Some have the exact same M/O.This particular company did something to me that I never had done or seen in my entire 20 years in the industry. They had me sign a piece of paper giving them permission to charge me for the fuel already in the truck as part of my contract. NOT only that;but they have a $2k fine that they impose on all most everything. If u don't report a d.o.t inspection within 30 minutes it's a $2k fine,an accident in 30 minutes a $2k fine and so on. BASE on reviews from Google and so on ,drivers complain about no pay which is already a huge predatory practice with Illinois base trucking companies.

Any red flag is normally a sign of trouble and I would advise drivers to caution such behavior. Report To FMCSA or file your lawsuits in federal court not state. Be smart, read all paperwork and make sure to get copies or take a photo of what is giving to you.I wish all drivers to a safe ride and stick together to make sure companies with such behavior are not allowed to operate in our country.
