Hundreds of dollars of personal belongings were in that truck and you would think he would at least let my husband know he was taking his truck with all his stuff in it and letting another driver use it while my husband was in Boscobel running errands. </p><p><br /></p><p>I asked him why he did not at least call and knock on my door before he towed my vehicle out of the way and his answer was "I didn't think you were home". His response to why he didn't call was "I lost your phone number".</p><p><br /></p><p>His clothes, food and electronics, tv, converters, refergerator, sirrus radio, all taken and before he got back the truck was already out of the yard and gone.</p><p><br /></p><p>We were one of the few lucky ones and collected unemployement until he could find another job. </p><p><br /></p><p>When he got his new job, he had not realized how abused he had been and it took some getting use to working for the new company. He is doing well now, but honestly, what did this man ever do to them? They hung on to a few of the drivers, some of them didn't mind driving illegal, my husband hated it, and we think he was let go sooner because he wouldn't.</p><p><br /></p><p>That week I went on the road with him, it was unbelieveable, my husband had to excuse himself for being late to Boston receivers because they were all over him for not being there in 18 hours after already driving 9 hours. They counted the exact time it took from Chicago to Boston and gave him no breaks. They didn't even tell him they set that appointment up at that time, until they left message on the people net that he had not be late he had exactly 18 hours to get there and no messing around. </p><p><br /></p><p>He got a bill last week for a New York toll, that RJM never paid, four months old. Thought they paid it. He worked the last two weeks hauling trailers and was told he was getting mileage pay, until he went to pick up his check at which time they said they changed the dead head policy and there is no pay for that now.</p><p><br /></p><p>He came home that day with a check that said he owed RJM 27 dollars. He said I stood right there and Melody got up in my face and flat ### told me she was ripping me off with a smile.</p><p><br /></p><p>We drove by there before we left on Monday, there is still people in the shop, lots of trailers there, no trucks, and one trailer outside the yard on the side of the road, sunked into the ground. We wondered what that was all about.</p><p><br /></p><p>What a nightmare these people were.</p><p><br /></p><p>They have lawsuits in court access for judgement from Platteville Bank, Stark Agency which is about non payment of a house they had that buyers did not make payment on, and they have other judgements from Baltimore and other places with one intentional tort. The court records show a motion to turn over all books and computers from the bank. Others are still pending with over 100 different alias names they have used over the years.</p><p><br /></p><p>It's so pathetic.
