You don’t have to tell me. I lived in Hammond(1 1/2 blocks from Gary city limits) and Merrillville back in 2006-2007. I still don’t stop at red lights in that city!!! And back then Lake County Sheriffs Dept was dealing with a sniper taking pot shots at truck drivers along Cline Ave. They put out $20,000 bounty to find the perp(s) but so far, 12 years running,no one’s been paid. Snitches lie in ditches.,,

I highly recommend Dallas I burnt up 5 hours today to drive 106 miles.
Add a rare 4 hour unload and you have a day called...####.

 

Any company I end up working for, I'm letting them know upfront I refuse to go to Chicago or certain areas of St. Louis. No load is worth my life.
