They are petty vindictive and will report to DAC lies.
The hold back your pay a week or more a so they can STIFF YOU.
Many drivers having isuues with Ann Marie
They have lost their Brokers license ..yes lost ...because they stiffed so many carriers..Do your Due Diligence..they owe alot of people alot of money
Forget any bonus your be lucky to walk away with what you've earned on tHe loads.
I literally gave 2 weeks notice was told bring truck in immediately your fired.
Then they said i quit and now they can pay me minimum wage. And now i just lost a job opportunity because they bad mouthed me on the reference
Thats ok thats what lawyers call Damages in Defamation suits

See you in court Ms Ann Marie..
You need to be taught a lesson
Stop screwing hard working Truck Drivers and pay them what they've earned

So what you're saying is, the writing was on the wall in front of your face and you didn't do your due diligence and signed on with them? Then they started ripping you off, and now you're upset about it?

Thats not how it happened ...its a little more complicated then that ....sorry....

What i am doing is trying to do is just help other drivers know the situation i experienced

What your trying to do is argue i think...i dont know and don't care about your input.

I was really just trying to provoke you into telling the internet a story. You're posting very vague details and if you really are concerned and want to help others, it's much more effective to give specific details of what led up to you being screwed by this company.
For example: When did you start working for them? Have you been driving truck OTR for a long time? Is it a 1099 contract job, or lease purchase, or both? What were the reasons that lead up to you deciding to quit? How long did you haul for them? Were they regional or lower 48?
What did they offer that convinced you to go with them? How did you handle it when you first realized that they weren't going to pay you for your work? Did you speak with the owner directly in person, or over the phone? If so what did they tell you?
The devil is always in the details, that's all I'm saying...

Bud A. and GoneButNotForgotten Thank this.
