Ruan milk hauls out of Clovis NM.

After about three months of taking a breather from the van freight, I applied to the above location.and was pretty much welcomed aboard.
Training was offered and pay seems decent enough for me.
But like other questions that might've been asked, I was curious as to what the work environment is like compared to say, van freight and X- Distribution center.
Are hours pretty consistent? Are pretrips straightforward and easy to memorize on these particular pieces of equipment? And overweight issues of course.
I know I want to give this a shot to turn my driving career around, but it'll be nice to have collective insight beforehand.

Old thread. I've actually been shuttling there since July.
With the exception of the Portales plant, all else is good.
