Called attorney he said means they haven't gave a reason for not paying he can get 3 times the amount they owe me and if I owed them anything they can't claim it.Going that route.Unlike everyone they didn't pay I have means to get it done right. If anybody else hasn't got payed let me know. This is not right and I will do it right and show them they are not in charge.

That lawyer is blowing smoke up your backside about the 3 times amount. Well, he's likely truthful in absolute terms, but to actually get that money....
You can, and should sue as that's really all you can do. It's a business to business relationship and as such no employment agency will help.
In my experience from suing in Texas though is..
    1. Go to court, pay all the court costs.
    2. Win by proving the company owed me the money.
    3. Attempt to collect money.
    4. Company still refuses to pay.
    5. Sue again to get bank garnishment. More court costs
    6. Win that also.
    7. Find out the company closed shop between step 5 and 6.
    8. Can't sue the new company as it's well a different company.
    9. Not only out the money owed, but out all the court costs too...
