Good call. You need a mechanic not a technician.

My APU worked great at heat until about 30 outside but then it would not keep it warm.

When delivering here, park on street and walk to receiving door. They will call you and tell what door. Make sure to follow their directions exactly. They bring you in and put in a certain order.

No parking on street between 6pm and 7am.

I sent this email just now. I don't expect it to change, but hopefully plants a seed for change.

I just took 6 days off in Tulsa. To have some truck work and to get a tooth extracted.

Turned in the truck last Wednesday afternoon for a inverter install, a 3rd time air leak repair and a clutch adjustment.
Picked it up this morning and all they did was the inverter install. 6 full days in the shop. The trip to the dentist went better.lol

This morning I noticed I needed a fuel filter so I went back in to ask about how long it would take. They said at least 3 hours to get it into the shop.
So I stopped by Speedco instead. I literally only logged off for 9 minutes before it was done, I had paid and was driving again. :)

Well, the seed is planted. Already got a response that they brought my paid route and fuel route and admitted that it is off. And, that they will work on it and see about make adjustments to it.

I'm not holding my breath, but I know some drivers here follow that fuel route to the tee and if I can plant a seed to help their bottom line, then it's worth it.

If they actually paid practical routing I would have made almost $8,000 more last year.

The response you got was a generic appeasement response. I 1st mentioned that exact issue YEARS AGO, MULTIPLE TIMES. Needless to say, you see how it is today...... same.

I hope you have better luck than i did for this suggestion or any others that come up.
