Be very careful of Rush Trucking. Was a company driver for them for several months and had several problems. Constant equipment breakdown (almost weekly). They never want to fix anything - had to fight to get brakes on a truck that were so thin they would never pass an inspection. They constantly shorted me on my paychecks - 10 times out of 13 checks - now that I resigned, they have not paid me at all (yet) for the last three weeks. The right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing there. Was hired to run dedicated - two round trips hauling Ford parts per week - once I started, there was only one round trip and the rest of the time was on board. BS! They are dishonest! I'm trying to keep it clean here so read between the lines.

Update. Rush has turned into swift!
62 mph trucks extremely tight runs
elogs set routes set fuel points. I am considering looking elsewhere. -
Did you move on or you still there ?

I drive for an O/O at Rush, doing MI to TX runs, it's long miles, but I get my $1,100 every week on time, the runs do not pay all that bad, some pay crappy, some pay decent. $1.02/mi +FSC my boss has his own Comdata Card, so that's good, just have to watch fuel usage. If your truck starts eating up too much fuel, profit goes out the window, and right now my boss' trucks are not getting good fuel mileage. They are governed at 65. But boy, does it get window down there in south Texas....sheeesh.

Thinking about going to rush are u still with them and it so i need some info

They aren't too bad. For company drivers, they got E-logs, trucks governed at 62, NO prepass, and the same BS at every other large company out there. 750 or so trucks, half of them are O/O.

Yes still with them
