    Yea, we truly are destroying this earth! Check the pics out on this page at CNN. Looks like that was one wicked storm and took MANY ships down. The Russians don't have the clean up crews set up like we do, talk about a MAJOR disaster. That oil spill will spread and create damage for a LARGE area to be sure!

    While dumping oil all over the place is never a good thing, I would not go so far as to say we are destroying the earth. Oil is a natural product, and yes it does temporary damage to the area, but left alone it would eventually clean itself up. It might take a hundred years for that to happen, but it would happen.

    That being said, this is going to cost a boat load to clean up, no pun intended.
