Owner of the company was driving a semi at Lowe's to drop off some concrete and things, had a huge semi and a very long cargo trailer on that was hanging out past the loading zone and fully blocking one way of traffic and also part of the second lane as well going the opposite way. So to recap, hanging out well past the loading zone and blocking two lanes. He even said he just watched a semi squeeze through so "my piece of #### truck" (99 F350 quad cab long bed) can make it. Then he began to talk more trash about how my truck isn't big and I should ****off and get back in my truck while he sat there in his truck unwilling to move. I sat in the parking lot for another twenty minutes to watch how things may unfold. It's clear he doesn't care about others around him and it's his way or the highway If you ask him any questions or such.

Looks to me like plenty of room for folks to get around. Sometimes we have to block certain areas for a short period of time to get loaded or unloaded.

Looks good to me. I suggest that if you ever travel to NYC, let someone else do the driving.

Flatbeds need room for forklift to manuever while unloading. So that means sometimes blocking travel space.

can't tell if the store does that to all drivers who go there, or if it's mere bad parking job by that driver.

if it's the store doing it to all drivers, you might wanna consider reporting this work conditions to osha, and explain it's putting public safety at risk. not as a means to harm anyone , but as a means to find solutions to improve safety.

    Between here and eternity
It was on private property. He probably parked so the forklift could maneuver. You could have cut through the parking lot, you did not have to "squeeze thru" . The rules of the road really do not apply on private property, if he was parked in compliance where the receiver told him to park, then you have no "gripe".

I was unloading in Falls River, Mass awhile back, I was sticking way out on a city street. I made a comment to the receiver and his response, "don't worry about it, we own this block, along with the cops". LOL
