Do you mean selling?
GYPSY65, little cat 500 and Grumppy Thank this. -
Oh boy. The testing the waters type of sale. Basically means not motivated to sell unless someone wants to pay rediculous price.
AModelCat and 24kHotshot Thank this. -

I sold my 2019 Ram 3500 C&C with 155k miles for $42,000 (Bought for $60,000) 2 months ago.
Just now was looking through facebook and came across this:
2016 Cascadia 125 DD15 with a 10 speed and 640,000 miles for $79,900
Thats insane because in July 2021 I bought a 2017 Cascadia 125 DD15 with a 12 spd auto with 78,000 miles for $83,500 FROM A DEALER!

I just hauled 2 beat-up 2019 Fords from an auction in Houston up to OKC. They had both been used in the oil fields so were dirty, had dents on them and had been abused as trucks are in that line of work. I had the auction invoice of what they paid and each one was over $40k...
Personally.. I'm thinking about selling my 2019 Chevy 5500 that I bought in Jan of 2021. I bought it just before the madness started and got it at a discount. I've put 80k miles on it and I think I can sell it now and essentially have used it for free.
I do think the prices will slowly start falling soon, so I think the timing is limited. I'm thinking I will just buy a $10-15k 7500/8500 and run it for a year or so until prices come back down. Then get another new one.
