The Google link buzzarddriver provided looks good to me. The only thing I would suggest is taking TX 84 through Lubbock, then hitting I-40 in Santa Rosa NM. The road is slightly better and a few less miles than what they suggest. At least that's my personal preference.

Weather looks clear all the way for the next 3 days, so no snow or chaining up.

Google maps + "Navigate to........." and some common sense.

And when I take that route I always stop for lunch or dinner at the Cooks Restaurant next to Love's. Great chicken enchiladas, chips and salsa. One of my favorite meals.

What Google maps has posted. If you’ll be driving 70+, then taking I-10 through El Paso is probably better for your truck and mpg.

Every time I go through a road I’ve never been on, I check it on the Rand McNally road atlas.

Go to Denver, then go to SLC, then go west until God smiles upon your eyeballs
