Have any owner operators or carrier with your own authority do business with Savannah port authority or any port? What are the pros and cons of signing a UIIA agreement with the port? Also I am looking to sign with a container company in Savannah ga that uses carriers with their own authority any recommendations? I’ve been hauling reefer freight for 7 years now I’m looking to do something different
