there goes my home terminal.
feel kinda lucky i started asking for an xfer a couple months ago. -
wow....I used to run through Seville once or twice a week....
-
I was trying to get into Schneider. Even had a start date at one time, then they closed the training place. I was a week away from starting. I liked that idea that the trucks were parked on I-94 about 5 miles from my house. Oh well.
-
actually they said they're keeping green bay open for parking, just all the driver support services will be axed.
-
Looks like hubby got out just in time >.>
So they are closing down the main terminal in Green Bay or is this a secondary one ? -
That is the main terminal on South Broadway on the Fox River.
People still do not know what Schneider is doing and the mechanics are using their vacation (hard to get work done in GB!).
General thought: Will remain open for car and truck parking until a sale is finalized. With all the néw trucks being leased -makes one wonder if they will continue deleting mechanics?
There is a large truck service area (non-Schneider) by the training school (masterfleet). -
The only trucks they are leasing are the volvos and KW's for the team drivers, they are still purchasing the freightliners.
The seville oc was my favorite one i wish they would keep it open. I also wonder how much worse it will make it to park at the columbus oc.Last edited: Oct 19, 2009
