    Hello,
I’m going to be driving for Schneider soon and I was wondering if anyone has driven either of the two night time dedicated routes (floor & decor or Sprouts Farmers Market). I’m going to be out of Houston, TX. If so can you please give me a little bit of insight on pay, average miles, overall experience driving at night ETC:

A lot of the Sprouts I've seen are in small shopping centers. You'll get good at backing as long as you don't hit stuff and get fired.

Sprouts dock. To get here you have to navigate through landscaped car parking lot.

Never know until you try. That dock actually doesn't look too bad to get into. With the correct set up that's not a bad angle. Especially since you'll probably be in a day cab

You can tell by the tire marks that it's not too difficult for an experienced driver. I know it would've been hard for me when I was new however.

Who designs docks like that? You have the space to make it that complicated, you also have the space to make it easier.

Let's put a dock up and surround it by career-neutering barriers. Let's just go out of our way to make it hard. We love insurance claims.

Bad advice. Why set up the driver to fail? Any store like this, dollar general, etc should have a minimum of 1-2 year experience. Way too many drivers have had their careers cut short because of these tiny lots

The texture change of the pavement offers a good reference point for swinging your truck, since you wont be able to see on your left once you do. But a new driver isn't going to understand that enough probably. Not most of them. And if they do they are probably still going to cut too hard.

A new driver will need a reliable spotter for that one, imo.
