Schneider Tanker - Dedicated vs OTR to gain the experience.

    In your opinion, which of two options will provide a better opportunity to master new skills and gain the most knowledge for a new driver with no previous experience,
    Schneider Tanker Dedicated run with 99% HAZMAT or
    Schneider Tanker OTR with less than 2/3 of HAZMAT loads?
    Question is only about gaining as much experience as possible. I don't care much about home time or pay at the moment.;)

    Since you don't care much for home time, take the OTR position.
    This way you'll get "all weather/all terrain" experience.

    OTR over Regional. More Haz Mat than advertised. Eco lab account is all unload by you in green suit. Good money and nice bonus right now.

    Thank you both for sharing an opinion, the advice is much appreciated. Would you rather recommend Schneider or Foodliner as a first tanker job? Lots of good things said about Schneider tanker training, and although Foodliner left a good impression as a company after an interview with them, I couldn't find much information about them on the forum.
