Schneider Target Ac ount Newton, NC

Can anyone that is currently driving on the Schneider Target Account out of Newton, NC tell me the pros and cons and other information about these runs? Take home pay, hometime, the good, the bad, etc.
I am thinking about coming over to Schneider on this Account, but would like to hear from some drivers who currently run on the Account. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
