seeing a doctor on the road

How does one go about seeing a doctor while on the road? My insurance allows me to see anybody who is part of the network but the only problem is driving a bobtail to the doctors office. Anybody else drive bobtail to a doctors office?

I will bobtail "most" places I drive a car. The vehicle is still too high for some areas where you begin to hit tree limbs and wires.
