Hey guys, I recently started my own company with MC and DOT 4 months ago.

I'm getting out of the business since it's not fulfilling me. I am selling my MC, corporation and truck. So essentially the whole company.

This is for someone who is thinking of starting their own company but can bypass all of the steps I had to go through in order to start.

I currently have insurance with progressive that can be transferred over as well.

Here is what I'm asking and what it includes

    1. 2005 volvo vnl 630 cummins isx with 930k miles on it.
Rebuild has about 250k on it.

    2. MC and DOT

    3. Progressive insurance

    4. Corporation plus bank account

    5. 6 load bars

I'm asking for $20k and company is based out of fort wayne Indiana.

Please feel free to reach me at 708-724-9255

    Or at Meetvcc@gmail.com

#2 thru #5 have little to no value.
Just advertise the truck alone and make it simpler.

I beg to differ sir, what I'm essentially offering is a turn key business. When I started out i had to wait for my dot and mc to be approved. I had to put a $3500 down payment on insurance and within the first 90 days I couldn't work with some brokers. Also dont forget about the plates and other startup expenses.

The person whose buying my business would not have to go through all that. Its convenient and they can run tomorrow.

Do you kinda see it from my point of view now?

You did not mention customers. Without customers you are selling assets.

If his insurance is paid in full then I would say a good deal, that is if he still has some time left on his insurance. Insurance is for sure not cheap.

Here in Maine, the person that buys the insurance is whom is insured and isnt transferable. The insurance carrier may claim it isnt insured once they are aware of a sale date. So good luck on that.
