    I go through there at least 3 times a week and I see pedestrians crossing those bridges a lot.

    I was about to say WTH was she doing there?
    As many times I’ve passed through Charleston on 64/77 I’ve never seen pedestrians anywhere near the turnpike!

    The WV turnpike begins on the Yeager bridges before exit 95 going South/East. It is on these bridges, usually the North/West bound side where pedestrians cross although not legally.
