How's everyone doing? I started a carrier company a year ago and it is going real good. I am in the process of hiring a owner operator. This particular owner operator has his own authority and company name. He wants to keep his signs and work under his own authority and use his own insurance. All I would have to do is find loads for him. My question is what type of contract do I need. And how do I set up pay? Do I find loads under his mc number or mine? Etc. Please someone help. Thank you
Serious question

If you dont know these answers, i think you best learn more. Consult an Attorney for this.

Also .. As a Broker you need to be licenced with a $10,000 bond. If the FEDs have their way, it will be a $100,000 bond ..

That's what I was thinking as well. I will be giving my attorney a call
