    I have a hard time feeling sorry for the guy. Heck, PFJ fired him, then they gave him like $30 million as a settlement.

    Using religion as a excuse to postpone a punishment is despicable at best.
    If he had honest to goodness Christian beliefs he wouldn’t have tried to swindle people with this bogus fuel rebate scam in the first place!!!

    he still gets to have T-Day with his family.what ever happened to the days of immediate jail after sentencing.??

    he was sentenced BACK IN SEPTEMBER......!!!!!

    his butt should have been hauled off that instant.........!!!!!!!

    unless he was, and just wanted to be "home for the holidays"......like we truckers would like.....

    Well when he gets to prison the other inmates can make up for Thanksgiving by playing “Stuff/Baste the Turkey” or when Christmas rolls around “Light Up the Yule Log!!!”
