The OP did give specifics, low pay, low miles, waiting for loads, no raises & or bonus, lying to get recruits.
    What more do you need?
Mc D's where I live pays $600 a week for a 40hr week. A friend of mine just got an entry level forklift job for $640 a week for 40hrs. Your raking in $700-$1000 for how many hrs?

OTR these days is a rip off. They pay you unskilled labor rates & you think they are OK?
The minimum ANY OTR driver should be making is $1200 a week
My first full year as a OTR driver in 1992 I averaged almost $800 a week. That was $25yrs ago with far more freedom.

    Metallica88 and jeff18 Thank this.

Garbage company that will try to hurt your job prospects on your way out the door, even with a two week's notice.
