Well, Captain Obvious, (Thank You for your service) as a Super Hero, it's understandable that your kind can be a little uptight, with having to fight forum faux pas, misconceptions and outright lack of knowledge. However, because of your extreme crime fighting prowess, you sometimes miss the subtle humor in the world/forum ; or perhaps in your case, your world, the forum. When not in costume (you do have a costume, right?) take some time to smell the humor and marvel at the sarcasm. Lest your constant vigilance becomes your undoing. ;)

    201 and TripleSix Thank this.

I extended my shifter back in the bunk. That’s why I can’t wear my seatbelt—I have to get up between gears and go back there and shift it.

My next mod (isn’t that what the cool kids call it nowadays, a mod?) is going to be a hole in the roof so I can extended the shifter 16 feet above the roof. Then I’ll mod my seat to go up like an elevator when it’s time to grab another gear.

I don't like that it gets my goat, but the whole "Your You're There Their They're" misuse drives me bonkers. It makes adults "seem" (not calling anyone illiterate by any means) so darned illiterate. I'm no scholar, however, I do try to use proper English.

Don’t worry about me concerned citizen, I do indeed have a sense of humor.
My wife calls me a smart aleck all the time.
The only reason for my post was to point out something no one else had commented on, his actual shifting technique.
Now if even one other post would have mentioned it, I would have said nothing.
    Love,
    Captain Obvious
