sent me back out in that truck 3 days later and after my first load the service line fell off again and i couldnt slow down verywell so i took the truck back to the yard and parked it and was in trouble because i didnt put the line back on and keep driving.

So you knowingly drove the truck with the service line off ? Would zip tied / duct taped the glad hands together , then returned to the yard ?

Anyway i left my name and number with a dot officer to get in touch with so i can ask him about my issues. Nw though its a common practice here for drivers in the oilfield to talk to the officers now and then about issues so i prob wont be getting into any trouble but he will prob go to the shop and inspect some trucks
