Should You Buy a Truck in 2021?

Truthfully ONLY you can make that decision! Been out here for close to or more than 30 years. NEVER EVER once heard this is a great time to buy. YES in hindsight ive said, been told, or heard. Last year or such and such a time, was the best time to buy. But thats always been a past time, never a present time. Some guys bought last month, last year, 5-10-20 years ago. And went broke out of business, list #### loads of money, and filed bankruptcy. However other guys bought same time and are doing from ok to fine to GREAT.

 

Don't know an asset, passive or workable, that has a better cap rate than 2.5 years.
