My Cascadia's drivers side skirt has dropped down a couple of inches compared to the passenger side which is perfect. Is something bent or has it just over time gotten out of adjustment? Is there some way I can get it up a bit?

Probably a rubber bushing type mount that's chewed up or gone, or bent/broken brackets. Get under it push and tug on it to see what's loose, maybe take the panel off and check the fasteners. The newest Freightliner I had was an '05 Century, so have no idea of your specifics. The KW T600 I had for 8 years, the skirts had rubber bushings on the bottom that fit into a steel channel, then big M!2 or 14 bolts through a fat bushing going in from the side to secure the top. I know I bought one or two each of those bushings during the time I had it.

If you can move it by hand then something is loose. If you can’t move it by hand then something is bent.

Check all the brackets. Do you hear anything rattling around?

Don't know about the FL's but on the macks they had a thin 90 degree piece of metal that would always break off around the bolt holes. Could be something similar

Must be bent because it's tight. No rattling or movement. That's the first thing I did was grab it and pull it to see if it was loose.

Right. Here's some pic's of both sides. The passenger side looks fine so something to compare to. Frightliner drivers side skirt 1.jpg Frightliner drivers side skirt 2.jpg
