The problem is people mistake them for Muslims.... Sikh is a totally different thing... it shouldn’t take a lot to research stuff like that but unfortunately ignorance seems to be winning out in recent years.

 

Just catching up, anyone notice this sweeeet video referenced in the article? Don't speak a word of Punjab, not totally digging the music, but man did they get a lot of details about the industry right.

 

Sadly, don't know any Sikhs personally. There was a family in my inlaws building in the Bronx and I'd always wave to them, I think they were a little gun shy after 9/11, they never really said hi back or ever talked to me.

My wife had two Indian classmates in college but we lost touch.

Well.forget about that great Indian Food at Akals Travel Plaza near Laramie on 80. Went in there yesterday and saw one of the cooks picking his nose and eating his boogers just as I was about to order. Turned around and walked out. They are not the friendliest in there either..

 

I like the buffet across from the TA in Gallup. Seems I only get curry chicken and butter chicken tho.

 

That's a phenomenal way to engineer yourself out of a job, imho.
