Wonder what caused Carter to lose control of the van?
They're really throwing a lot of stuff at the wall and hoping something sticks; some of those claims about CRST and Wilkinson are borderline outrageous. Our civil law system is in dire need of a very serious overhaul.

That part doesn't surprise me at all. We all like to assume that truck OEM's but all these nannies on trucks for the hell of it but mostly they do it not to get sued out of business.

The Mercedes Sprinter van they were in is also a Daimler and is supposed to have a traction control and stabilitrac system that keeps it from rolling over. Give the lawyers time to figure that one out too.mjd4277 Thanks this.

It’ll be interesting to see how this one pans out. With all the false alarms that this system has given, plus other issues I’m sure other trucking companies will be watching this case as well.
