Yeah, sure.........just rolling along one day and decided to pull these boys over for a 'random' inspection.
Happens all the time.....boy, I can't tell you the number of times I've been pulled over on the interstate for a "Motor Vehicle Inspection."

An Illinois State trooper stopped their Volvo truck for a “motor vehicle inspection” about 2 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 in Geneseo, which is about 150 miles west of Chicago, state police said.
