Deal with it by telling your dispatch that you can book your own loads. Or find a different company ASAP. You are loosing money on every load.

 

I’m an owner operator working for Platinum Express in Dayton, Ohio. I’m supposed to get 74% of the line haul and fsc. This company actually just fired their payroll person because they sent a driver the rate confirmations from the customers and they are writing in a different number and THEN PAYING 74 percent of that! On top of keeping the stop off pays. They are saying they are legally allowed to do this and I am having a hard time seeing in the contract where it says they can just come up with different numbers to base your pay off of SND THEY WONT GIVE DRIVERS THE RATE CONS!!!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?!,

I do the same thing. I pretty much take a bite out of everyone before passing it through the business. You could call it blood money I guess, but you know the old saying: “Pay yourself first”.
