i've had sleep apnea for a good 10 years. Only recently did I start using a dental device. It's an alternative to the CPAP machine. My question is, do any drivers on here use it? I can post a picture of the retainer. Also, my cat does not wake me up whenever I use this device because I'm not bothering him and he does not need to purr me awake. I know I sound crazy, but my cat can tell the difference between me using a CPAP alternative and me not using it.

I was evaluated for one and it was determined because of my replacment teeth and a past infection as a kid i was a bad candidate. Something to consider if you go in as it can apparently damage replacment teeth and hurt jaw muscles pretty bad if they have past trama. Or so said my dentist

funny you should mention that because I had some trauma meaning my teeth were not aligned properly and this dental device helped me out in the teeth aligning department. I never knew anything about the trauma to muscles. I appreciate the information.
