    There is a program called "Oscar" you can download on your computer that will track usage and more. such as tracking your daily AHI.

    If you are using a full CPAP mask you might try the Nasal pillows type of CPAP mask, they are a lot more comfortable and was easier to adjust to for me.

    I actually downloaded the iMatrix software which is specifically for the Resvent machines. And I print my compliance report when needed.

    Thanks. I've tried a nose pillow but I mouth breathe occasionally so I figured I'd try the full mask.

    I think they make chin straps to keep mouth shut though. I might give that a try.

    Your time to be compliant is 4 consecutive hours also if you've been diagnosed for sleep apnea u should be on a registry.

    I have sleep apnea & yes it takes time to get used to wearing the machine/mask. If you want to be a CDL holder U have to get the will power to do it. I fought it to the point of almost being disqualified & license down graded.
