How much experience you got? What made you decide to work there?

 

I'm going to go pretty far out on a limb.....this was a lease/purchase kinda thing, be an O/O, 1099 pay, yada, yada. "Care to elaborate?"

 

I swear 75% of that part of the forum is that. Someone doesn't look into who their applying to. Gets screwed over. Creates a account here to do a single post then piece out

 

I know someone who worked for smj for 6 years, he never complained about money or down time, instead of calling someone racist you should point out your black work ethics, wanting to drive for 350 miles a day, complaining all the time and abandoning the truck when things don’t go your way

Yes I said it, want to play the victim game? Go work at usps in Milwaukee WI, and you’ll see how different people get treated, but when you call them out for getting high at work or not doing their job by sending Milwaukee mail to New York you get called a racist. Same thing in trucking, god forbid you call out Kenyan driver for washing feet in Sink or blocking fuel island while shopping or taking shower… same story I seen in loves in Texas, clerk called out 2 African drivers for displacing products in store making a mess, they insulted him from head to toe….
It’s easy making good company look bad on internet, but a lot harder putting in 70 hours a week busting ###.

 

F U on that victim blame game. You're a small-minded bigot just looking for an excuse, frankly. Me? I call all that Urban Stupidity. AKA: city folk. I note that behavior mainly from urban dwellers regardless of culture or so-called race. My son can attest that I always say "There's something in the water in these cities, I swear."
