I drive a Cummins isx and there is a lot of blow (smoke) coming out of where you put the engine oil in. Can somebody please offer some advice on what’s happening

    yes it was running.

my crankcase filter gets dirty very fast so I checked where I was putting the oil for blow by and there was much more than I expected.

Oil and smoke will come out of the filler while it's running, that's normal on every engine. It shouldn't be off while it's running but just for a few minutes won't matter. I left mine off on accident and after my trip I found 2 gallons of oil sprayed all over the inside of my hood. I'd get your blow-by tube/filter cleared as soon as you can

Thats just how isx act when crankcase filter is plugged up and when pull fill cap blow/by blows out fill cap, try to change oil filter one time in the middle of oil changes to make it last longer till next infrane?

Look under the truck, you will likely see blow by there too.
