I was told yesterday that the biggest problem they face is you can’t hardly call these customers anymore.. it’s either an automated system or email am I was told that some customers are very slow at returning emails..if that’s the case the load should sit in the yard until they respond accordingly…

 

Just how? Also if it arrived like that. Why did the shipper load it vs rejecting it?

 

Because that shipper generally doesn’t check trailers were the only truckload reefer company in that shipper and it’s all dropping hook and on weekends we just grabbed the paperwork out of the box on nose of trl and sign the top copy and leave it in the mailbox…

I'm pretty sure this is spillover from the sandbox. If you pick fights in that forum, sometimes people follow you out into the real world. It wouldn't bother me if they shut down that forum entirely. There are a lot of other places you can have those kinds of fights that won't spill over into the regular nice place we have here. Zero Hedge and Reddit come to mind immediately as being more suited for that sort of thing.
