Tell them the only way that you’ll accept the load is if a t call gets set up immediately.. I would imagine they’ve got some preloaded trailers that could be picked up even over the holiday that you could easily grab after T calling that load in one of the yards

They took those loads off me. Delivery went ok, but left expired product on the trailer. Ended up tcalling that at deland, which was jammed, had to park in the old fuel island. Got a load out of Jacksonville but customer was closed, no idea when they reopen.(is it that hard to put a sign up?) But have to be Southside of Atlanta by tomorrow at 1300. Only good thing is got a backup out of Atlanta going out west that's pickup and deliver whenever.

One time before I went to Crete, I saw a guy with 28 years on his truck. I asked him if he liked Crete. He sort of grunted and sneered and pointed to the sticker. I'm guessing he's never gotten a recruitment bonus.

The trailer i have is cursed! Had to get a tire replaced the other day. Luckily was at a TA. Then at a pickup went to slide the tandems and something broke. Luckily didnt need to for pickup and weights are legal so figured id swing through Lincoln to get it fixed, as i do need to slide them for delivery. Then the same tire that I just got replaced blew, taking out the mudflap. Was able to limp into a rest area at least, but jeez
Oh also had my truck hit while pulling it! Just scrapes though.

*sigh* good things, got my trailer fixed and made otd. Bad thing, had to get up and drive 500mi to make otd, then first preplan was 600mi by Monday. Second preplan was 1800 by Tuesday morning, but picked up this afternoon and I only get 5hrs back Sunday night. Waiting to hear if customer will take me in the morning but Google says theyre closed over the weekend so idk. I could use a 34 i guess, but have 9.5 right now, get another 9.5 back tomorrow night so could get about 900-1000mi over the weekend. Sunday and Monday night dont get a lot back (like 5 then 4). Idk ill message in the am and see if they heard anything otherwise ask for something else. Im not sitting until Monday

    Lonesome and O.Henry Thank this.
