Off I go to Salt Lake City with a rolling rack van. I have enough time to squeeze in a 34, then deliver Thursday morning. Looks like another 10k+ mile month. Glad the busier time is here.

What? A reset at the Loves in SLC just a block away from the tram that will take you to the downtown area? or anywhere else.

If you would run West (I-80) you could log 850+ miles in 24 hrs with a 70 mph truck ;)
Made it once from Omaha NE to Rock Springs WY in exactly 11 driving hrs, 0 min left, 752 miles
With no traffic my logs show often 700+ miles a day in less than 11 hrs.
Last week I made 4128 miles in 7 days, 6 min left on my 70 with a lot of California miles (L.A is always a nightmare) where I stay below 60 mph. You can't do that in the East, it's just too much traffic

Had an unexpected surprise last night in Sidney NE...a cool night. The front came thru yesterday and the overnight temps dropped into the upper 50's, and tonite it will be in the lower 50's for whomever stays here. 1st time I have shut the truck off overnight in a few months.

Left Spring Hill yesterday around 10 am(central), stopped in Olathe (8 miles away) and scaled this van/rack load. Was fueling at the Love's in SLC, 5 miles from my customer by 1500 today(central), and I was grossing 76,600. 1104 miles in just over 29 hrs...not too shabby

Turn and burn. Got back to Spring Hill Friday afternoon before rush hour, now headed to Owatonna MN for a Sunday morning delivery, and then back to Spring Hill Sunday evening. Between Tuesday morning and Sunday evening (when I get back to Spring Hill) I will have right at 3000 miles with enough hours on my 70 to turn and burn another Owatonna, or even a shuttle load to Church Hill if they so desire. I am finally hitting my stride here and posting the kind of numbers I was hoping for.
