SNI or Prime?

I have read alot about both companies here, Thanks everyone for your insite, and I have recieved some good info by PM here, again Thank you. I have narrowed my search down to 2 companies. Any thoughts by anyone who has a knowledge of both would be appriciated, and very welcome. I'm not a rookie so I know what to expect once i get going, I just want the best company for me. I did take into account maverick, but I really don't like Flatbeds, sorry just not my cup of tea.
The prime lease sounds interesting, but not sure I want to do that.
