TQL keeps recent college grads off the streets and out of their moms basements.
That's about the only positive thing I can say about TQL.
If you have a question about load dimensions, product, etc., you will be put on hold while the greasy faced kid asks his probably greasy faced 'manager' questions.
I ran one load of convenience for TQL 7 months ago. 3 months ago I made the mistake of treating them like a legit business and took their word on being on a load 100 miles away. I deadheaded only to arrive in Savannah with a phone call telling me that I had to drop my rate bc the load is only 38k, not 46.
Screw that.
When I post my truck, I get 10 TQL calls to 1 decent call. I answer TQL calls to find out what kind of freight they have and how much they are willing to pay. I just want to get a pulse on the lane. I will NEVER book another load with TQL ever. But, they're welcome to call me so I can research the rates and lanes.
Some Tql brokers are very bad
