I like how they say the bridge was scheduled to be replaced this summer anyway. Lol! Looks like they got some free demolition at the expense of a stunt driver.

 

That definitely doesn't look like a fly-by-night type operation. Wonder if they were given a permit to haul over the bridge?

 

Either way, someone is in trouble.....

 

It says the equipment was being moved in for that site. Looks like a drilling machine for pilings.

 

I read it like that was the company that was gonna replace that bridge. That is one way to demo it and be ahead of work schedule. Lol!

 

Just heavy on fuel. The added ELD weight sure didn't help.

I think they were hoping to have the new bridge in place first lol.

 

Truck and float by itself would be 46,000 lbs, leaving only 45,000 lbs for a load on the trailer which is like only the weight of a 200 deere excavator.

They likely would’ve been better off tracking the machine alone across.
