Those Rotator driver's probably drove to the scene sitting incorrectly in their seats, and it will cause them to mess up this lift, get a divorce, and all of their kids will become drug addicted hair dressers. Proper seat adjustments are the real key problems here.

Yes the beam sets in a saddle on both ends.

 

I was looking at the photo trying to see whether something had failed but don't see anything but truck frame, is the end of the beam on top of the saddle in that photo? I'm wondering if this was an equipment fialure.

 

Here’s a different angle, looks like the street breaks over some and contributed to the beam leaning. I’m not sure exactly what happened.

 

The rumor going around on Facebook is he missed the turn and was trying to get back on route. But it is Texas and they are not exactly know for their great routes.
