    I’ve been “vegan” a long time now. And I’ve ate the impossible burger about 10 times now. It’s not completely vegan because they still cook it in the same broiler as the meat, but you can request a microwave instead. (Not that that’s healthy, we don’t use one at home). It’s pretty good. The Impossible brand has been around for a while in the vegetarian culture. No soy either I believe, I think it’s made from pea protein. It’s a DANG close match to a regular wopper.

    Think about how hard it is to get fast food as a plant based eater. Never mind at the Truckstop’s. So the impossible burger is a nice, slick addition, even a treat, to the food I eat over the road. (Which mostly consists of stuff I make/prepare.
