4 wheeler with the dash cam couldn't see anything beyond the other 4 wheeler he was tailgating and wouldn't have had a chance of staying out of it if the car in front had collided head on with the tool passing the big truck.
You can't react to what you can't see.

I've seen that happen many times.
I've also seen much closer tailgating by both trucks and cars.
Many people are simply morons.Highway Sailor, Puppage, tinytim and 1 other person Thank this. -
I cannot tell you how many times I've seen this Happen.
What we have here in Montana is a split speed limit. 80 for fourwheeelers and 65 for trucks.
IMO a recipe for a disaster. That's on the Major highways. On secondary roads it's slower but, still slower for big trucks.
It's ridiculous how these four wheelers do the crazy crap they do. Trying to pass a tanker truck Grossing 110,000 and cutting him off, so he has to dynamite the brakes. Then add some Ice and snow into the mix.
In the event of a wreck, they always go after the truck. I've seen it too many times.
Man, the best way to go, is keep a cool tool, and expect the unexpected!!tinytim, IluvCATS, TripleSix and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well there's a lot of semis in Montana that keeps speeding anyhow regardless of the 65 and that's not to mention to 12 which has a maximum of 60 miles an hour for a semi and they want to run 70 and 80 miles an hour
easytopleez33 and IluvCATS Thank this. -
