Problem with Coldliners hiring process if that Marci will spin the job one way and Doug ends up doing whatever he wants with the Drivers. One of the many problems with a Co-Owned Company. Need to be one VOICE and ONE way! Had I known about the Owners past Companies and the way they treated them then and known the way they ran 80% Broker loads with forcing one to stay out beyond 3-4 weeks as promised, I would have never gone there. There were 4 other Companies I was considering at the same time too. Lucky for us Drivers, it's a Drivers market.[/QUOTE]
